Hi, Im Ravi, a founder here in the San Francisco Bay Area, California. Ive hosted and gone to events for years.
Since Meetup was bought by Bending Spoons, it has gotten very expensive for hosts, more than $300 a year. So I built my own app, Mingle, for people like you and me. There are no ads and no punishing paywalls.
@ Menlo Park Library is already in it: your public Meetup events are listed, so people near you can find them.
You dont have to leave Meetup to try it. Keep hosting there, share your Mingle link with your members, and move over whenever youre ready. Your group comes with you.
Hosting normally costs about $30 a year, but if you claim by Nov 30 its free for life. For the people who attend, every feature is free, and always will be.
Claiming takes one tap (and if you want help setting up, just reply):

The app is free on the App Store (iPhone) and Google Play (Android):

Im a real person. If youre curious to know more about me, here is my LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/ravidhillon1/
If this isnt your group, or youd rather not be listed, you can have it taken down here and I wont email you again: https://linkprotect.cudasvc.com/url?a=https%3a%2f%2fhellomingle.app%2fc%2f48b917599881c7e050b335cb09982290e50d7bae%2fremove&c=E,1,waHeJNO9cJmVBkwCLCeAY2g0LARnwYKqTyFlhScMX5MqQ652jkPlsg7jjzJitcb-BzFPF_MWtElG-lecMvQ1BahajMbyypI3fOABN7071TcVaA,,&typo=1
Or just reply to this email. It comes straight to me.
Thanks for reading,
Ravi
