I understand how HARD it is to compromise on an issue that is so important to you personally, but your fiduciary duty to the city, and to the taxpayers, requires this immediate action:
Adopt the Ballot Measure !
As a commercial real estate Attorney,
As a former Trial Lawyer,
As a former Bench Trial Judge,
And based on ALL the evidence AGAINST the financial feasibility of all 3 developers bids:
I am now predicting that "YES on P" will pass.
Please salvage your reputations.
ADOPT measure P.
Ps: I just read the pleadings in the 80 Willow lawsuit against our city.
It needs to be "Settled".
Do NOT let it go to trial.
