Council, you need to show some Backbone when it comes to your "low-income" housing ideas for downtown! The homeowners on the Westside arent going to like it when their property values drop by 15-25%. The landlords down town dont want their investment to drop by 15-20%, either! If I were Mayor, I would simply say NO" TO THE State Assembly and if you had any regard for your Constituents, You would say "NO", also!.
Being very serious, Menlo Park is much less friendly since this anti citizen, anti car group has been "enshrined" as the current Council! When is someone going to come clean about Middle Ave,s "no parking" rules especially when a Council member just happened to move off of Middle Ave. a short year before the anti parking rule became law. Citizens of Menlo Park, I implore you, THROW THESE BUMS OUT !
