Dear esteemed council members,
As a Menlo Park business owner for more than 10 years at 885 Oak Grove, Suite 101, I am sharing my sincere concern about Plaza 3 turning to housing. We are already suffering because of limited parking availability during business hours and our clients have to park up to 2 blocks away from our offices.
Please help us with this issue and rather than housing please consider a paid parking structure for downtown visitors similar to downtown Palo Alto.
We do need your support for our businesses which we suffered a lot during the pandemic and now we are trying to get back on our feet.
We truly appreciate your time and consideration.
