Good afternoon –
It has come to my attention that 483 units have been proposed for downtown Menlo Park. As a current business owner in Menlo Park, I find this to be incredibly concerning. We already have a parking shortage in downtown Menlo Park. Building these units in precious parking spots would cripple small business owners futures and therefore critical tax revenue.
Our downtown is already suffering… Don’t kill it.
