I don't understand how the Planning Commission/City Council allowed the developer to build the monstrosity located at 765 University Dr. It is completely out of balance with the homes/duplex in the immediate area. Even the newer homes built in the 800 block show style.
Secondly, we live at 875 University Dr. about one block north. We were never given the opportunity to voice an opinion nor see the plans for this construction. Unfortunately what is done is done, but hopefully in the future thought will be given when approving new construction to take into consideration the surrounding area.
