To Whom It May Concern,
I am a small business owner on Oak Grove Ave. It seems irresponsible to take away parking for businesses for housing without first implementing new parking structures. Although our building provides parking for its patients, others who do not have business here are known to park at the building because the parking is not adequate in Menlo Park. Please consider where will all the cars park once the spaces are removed, please think of the small business owners.
