Dear Council Members,
As I understand it, Menlo Residents have turned down the suggestion to fund a new library based on the offer of John Arrillaga to
fund part of it. Is that not loud and clear?
I also understand that East Menlo does need a new library which might be built at a lower cost. Has Mr, Arrillaga been asked if he
might offer this money for a library in East Menlo?
