Hello Menlo Park City Council:
I wanted to again reach out to you to express my (and my family's) strong support for the New Guild project, in advance of your
next Council meeting next week.
It seems like there is fantastic momentum for this effort, and I am more convinced than ever that this would be a wonderful legacy
for our community. Over the past several weeks I have been to shows and events in San Francisco, Oakland, and Cupertino. My
younger kids and late-eighties parents couldn't make most of those treks ... I have thought many times how wonderful it would be
to have a great venue close by that all generations could share and enjoy!
Again, as a long-time local resident (I moved to Menlo Park in 1998), I sincerely believe the New Guild offers a rare opportunity
to transform our community in a very positive way. Everyone around here that I talk to about this is really supportive and
excited!
Just wanted to again express my strong support for the New Guild.
