Dear Menlo Park City Council Members,
We are a family of four living in Menlo Park, attending Menlo Park schools and we love participating in local entertainment
(street fairs, music, holiday activities, etc.). We are excited about the potential development of the Guild Theater. We know the
New Guild will offerentertainment and programming for all ages and tastes, cultural vibrancy, a boost to local restaurants, a home
for community group events, all kinds of movies...and FUN! We need more entertainment venues in this area (MP). We don't like
driving in traffic to San Francisco, San Jose, Redwood City, Palo Alto and all the other surrounding towns to seek out
entertainment for our family. It's a pain to drive to these locations and we would prefer to invest in our own community. Please
consider The Guild development. It's a win for us all!
