Hello City Council Members,
I oppose this housing project in our downtown parking lots. I live in Menlo Park with my family and frequent our downtown multiple times per week. This proposed housing project will have a material negative impact on the lives of Menlo Park residents. Parking will become even more challenging, traffic will be worse, businesses will have less interest in coming to our downtown (we already have significant issues given current retail vacancies), and the ultimate result will be a permanently impaired downtown.
