Thanks for your message. I hope that this issue is addressed asap. Its unfortunate that its taken multiple messages on the part of
a resident for this to be addressed. I responded to CSO Hilario because she replied to my original, March 7 message to cc.in.
Residents should not be expected to jump through multiple hoops in communicating with the City. The problem outside of
Safeway/Peets is not new and has been brought to the attention of the City and Safeway on multiple occasions in the past. Its very
frustrating to have it repeatedly occur, and to be told that it is being taken care of only to discover the opposite. Hopefully
this is the last time it has to be reported.
