Hello Council Members: I understand there will be a proposal presented this coming week regarding the Guild. It seems that the meeting is midday, which is not convenient for many interested in the topic, due to work schedules. Might this also be brought to an evening meeting for a broader discussion of this proposal and, perhaps, other alternatives?
