City Council Members:
I urge you to vote to add Congestion/Relief Management as a top city transportation goal. This goal is equal to safety. We live in
Vintage Oaks and our children attend Hillview and Laurel. While we very much appreciate the addition of the Oak Grove bike lanes,
it is still very dangerous for our children to cross Willow Road, cross Middlefield, cross El Camino and bike and walk around town
in many locations. We need congestion/relief management but those plans must incorporate safety for all. We would encourage
highlighted focus on Willow Road also as we are continually blown away by the clear lack of forethought as to how the Belle Haven
community is to manage during this construction project.
