Dear City Councilmembers,
We are homeowners at 130 Baywood Avenue and strongly support the Council adding congestion management as a new goal to the City's
Transportation Master Plan. We furthersupport increasing the prioritization points attributable to this goal to 20 points.
We believe that reducing commute traffic volumes and speeds throughout the City will benefit our residents and significantly
improve our quality of life across the board (safety, health and well-being). We applaud the Council for its continued focus on
this important issue.
