The idea of sacrificing the three surface lots for 10 story low and lower income housing is something you will be remembered for.
It is a fully preposterous approach to CBD housing which will quickly become a failed dark wind tunnel of crime and unhappiness.
For me, a handicapped person, it simply means getting a new attorney, RE
consultant and new restaurants.
My guess this entire bad idea is staff driven.
There is time .. dont drive your businesses out!
