Dear Menlo Park City Council,
I am born and raised and still reside here in Menlo Park. I am also in the real estate industry. I am not a fan of the proposal to explore using the downtown lots for low income housing. I believe the construction disruption will be worse for tenants and want to protect their business. I am a supporter of building in the Burgess area due to the location and the ability to better handle any adverse traffic.
