Dear Council Members,
I urge you to vote for implementing a QUIET ZONE. I live six houses from the railroad tracks and the noise can be deafening and alarming at times. It reaches up to 120+ decibels where I live and it is obnoxious. Sometimes, the conductors toot the train's horn for a very long, extended time and it is stressful to hear that horrible sound in the midst of an otherwise quiet and pleasant neighborhood.
PLEASE VOTE FOR A QUIET ZONE!
