Menlo Park City Council,
I am reaching out to ask for some clarity around the City's approach to opening up youth sports. I saw the announcement yesterday that the City of Menlo Park has decided to maintain more restrictive rules then the State and County of San Mateo with regard to opening up youth sports.
I was hoping that you could provide some information as to the rationale behind this decision? The State and County have public health departments - the City of Menlo Park does not. Why does the City feel that these restrictions are necessary?
