Because the April 13 meeting is a Regular Meeting, the Brown Act requires a minimum 72-hour notice to add items to the agenda (including new memos, staff reports, and attachments).
However, I can add this to the April 20 Special Meeting. This agenda will be posted by Thursday, April 15.

Dear Ms. Jerome-Robinson and Ms. Herren,
This email is to request this document please be attached under City Councilmember reports to the City Council agenda for this Tuesday. As noted in the document, this project has not yet been considered by the full City Council, so isn't an approved City project yet. I am requesting the item be attached to the agenda to share with the Council what Mayor Combs and I are working on and plan to submit to the Council in the future for their consideration. If the project is later approved, I expect at that time it will become an "official city project" and all communication with the Menlo Park FIre Protection District regarding the project will take place through our City Council Council liaison and City Manager. Right now it is still an informal project Mayor Combs and I are working on putting together.
