Dear Menlo Park City Council,
I am writing to ask to keep the Quiet Zone in the five-year Capital Improvement Plan. This is something the residents of Menlo Park have requested, and the plan has been in process for some time. To remove it now makes no sense and would be counter to what the residents want.
