Dear City Council Members,
Please keep the Quiet Zone project in the five-year budget plan.
Establishing a Quiet Zone in Menlo Park would be the single biggest
improvement in our Quality of Life in my 40+ years as a resident. It would
benefit not only the thousands of residents who live or work near the rail
corridor, but also the downtown merchants who depend on foot traffic and
customers who want to be outdoors and talk without being blasted out of
their seats every few minutes.
