Hello,
I am in favor of keeping single family home zoning areas within Menlo Park. Please do not allow multiple family homes to be built in these zones without the approval of the city council. This is the right thing to do since homeowners purchased their homes with the understanding that these neighborhoods would be maintained as single family areas in the future.
I am all in favor of building more homes, and multiple family homes, in Menlo Park. But this should be done in places where it is appropriate and consistent with current zoning regulations.
