What is the point of complaining to the council about the ridiculous waste of water by Sharon Green Apartments (and probably other facilities) , if you don't do anything about it? The papers and nightly news broadcasts are filled with warnings about drying reservoirs, water shortages and proposed rationing but when confronted with blatant water abuse day after day for weeks on end, nobody wants to say anything to the offending parties and nothing gets done!
