Our land lord has stated of various changes that he has made and is presently making with out ever giving us any type of previous notice or warning. Some due to the fact that he has gone with AirBNB. And has given us notice to vacate, due to closure of hotel due to repairs, but actually he is still currently renting on AirBNB. I just turned 65, and my roommate is 55 years. He has been declining us daily room service, and little or no supplies, which we go for days without toilet tissue, clean towels and etc That hotels I, thought were supposed to supply. When he receives check or payments thru credit cards from us, he applies these payments as gym equipment supplies, or leisure.
