Menlo Park City Council,
I thank you for all the work that you and the City have done to address the
health and welfare of our community. I kindly ask you to support staffs
recommendations to pursue local amendments to the California Building
Standards Code AND to also direct staff to pursue Option C (Flex Path) in
addition to Options A & B. This may be the Citys last chance for a long
time to address these issues in a meaningful way thru the building code
process and I ask that the City fully embrace this opportunity.
