It has been over a year since Menlo Park "implemented" the ban on gas-powered blowers and trimmers. There are so many residents that have not complied with this ban. We used to be able to report offenders through ACT Menlo Park and now you can not. So has Menlo Park given up or reversed this ban? It has come to my attention that all reports through ACT were met with the response of choosing to educate the public first before taking action. Seeing as reported offenders are remaining offenders, it does not appear that the route of education has made much difference. And now there isnt even means to report.What is going on?Flood Park maintenance is now using gas blowers daily and multiple at once. I guess Menlo Park has just given up on enforcing?
So frustrated. This is just added to the list.
