Dear City council, We are in a climate crisis. The decision to invest in 8 police cars that only get 24mpg seems ludicrous in this day and age. Why both calling them hybrids with such low mileage? Better to call them what they are - gas guzzling automobiles. Having owned an electric vehicle for 2+ years I can attest to the low cost of maintenance and fuel (electricity) - aside from the fact that it is clean!
