Council Members, I have owned a home in Linfield Oaks since 2010 and really love this area of the Peninsula. The quality of life in Menlo Park has unfortunately rapidly deteriorated since I moved here, most notably in the last 3 years or so. Please help us reestablish the quality of life and advance a city-wide moratorium on nonresidential development.
