Dear Council - I am renewing my request and recommendation to record meetings of various committees and commissions. This renewed request is not based on any issues or problems, rather serving the same purpose which drives the recordation and posting of City Council meetings: enhancing communications. I formally made this request at one of the City Council meetings earlier this Spring. At time, Council indicated that it was not aware of the cost of implementation and I had hoped by now some answers would be available. Same request has been made to City Manger's office. As noted before, recording by video or audio is fairly straight forward these days thanks to technology.
