Mayor Mueller and Council Members, The Menlo Park Historical Association (MPHA) is proud to announce their most popular event of the year, being their annual meeting. Attached is a flyer that talks more about it. You are CORDIALLY INVITED to attend, as well as STAFF and members of the community. The keynote speaker is FIRE CHIEF Harold Schapelhouman. He will be sharing stories from a nearly 40 year career with the Fire District, including incidents occurring at 1) World Trade, Center, 2) Northridge Earthquake, 3) Oklahoma city bombing, 4) Recovery of the Space Shuttle astronauts, 5) Hurricane Katrina, to name just a few. It promises to be a memorable and exciting event. The event is free and will be held in the Library meeting room, 800 Alma Street, Menlo Park, beginning at 2:00 pm, Sunday, November 17, 2019.
