Hi Deanna et al, BootUp is hosting another loud party tonight Saturday January 25th, 2020. They also had some large gathering last Wednesday. I've called the police. How long is the City of Menlo Park going to allow BootUp to be a public nuisance and violate City zoning rules? I'd appreciate if you take some action against BootUp this time, instead of deferring the issue by asking me for more logs and evidence of BootUp's violations. The neighbors around BootUp have provided extensive evidence in the form of logs, emails, complaints, and calls for the last 4 years. I have attached the letters from neighbors that were sent to the Planning Division last April denouncing BootUp's activities in response to BootUp's request for special permit (which presumably is still in progress). It is unethical and a disservice to its community that the City of Menlo Park is leaving its neighbors no option but to spend their money and time to resolve this issue legally. Thank you, Andres Mediavilla application/pdf attachment: 68_Willow_Rd_Public_Comment_05-23-19.pdf
