In doing errands today in Menlo, I could not help but notice the filthy, broken, in other words, the awful newspaper racks in front of the Post Office, Boulanger, McDonalds, and Draegers. Many of them showed signs of never being used, and some were just plain filthy. I really don’t think that this is a statement Menlo Park wants to make. I thought the City was to address this blight.
