Dear Council members, Thank you for your thoughtful deliberations tonight as we face a true crisis. Your leadership will be crucial in the months ahead as our community becomes engulfed in this epidemic. Our biggest challenge will be developing strong neighborhood support systems to supplement our Police and Fire departments. Government simply does not have sufficient resources to respond to the coming challenges and we, as a community, will need to dig deep to help and support each other.
