First, why does Menlo Park need to meet the RHNA. I don’t think that is in
the best interest of MP and its citizens. I haven’t heard a thorough
analysis of the options.
Second, the city is overcrowded now and with the newly opened developments
on El Camino it will be more so. There appears to be a deemphasis on
quality of life in Menlo Park. Very sad current trend.
Third, instead of focusing your efforts on this proposal, how about
focusing on improving the current Menlo Park by reducing traffic and
upgrading the commercial spaces.
This redevelopment of the parking lots is just a total waste of time and
money.
