Hello, In an effort to prioritize the health and safety of our employee-owners, as well as our customers and the communities we serve, Recology San Mateo County in partnership with RethinkWaste, have made the difficult but prudent decision to temporarily close our local office to all walk-in customers effective Monday, March 16. The administrative office will remain open for our call center and other administrative functions. Recology San Mateo County will continue to offer on-line bill pay, as well as phone payments through our customer service line. Customers will also have the option to drop off payments through the mail slot that is located at the front door of our office.
