Dear Mayor Combs and Council Members.
In the event I am unavailable at the September 25, 2025 meeting, please read my comments:
1) Please immediately explore other locations for low cost state mandated housing.
Why?
2) As a Attorney, Mathematician and former Judge, I can predict that the probability of success in BOTH the lawsuit AND the Ballot Measure is 25%,
And Failure is 75% predicted.
3) I personally measured all of the 3 parking plazas and I have determined that the land dimensions are PHYSICALLY TOO SMALL to provide the number of housing units, you are planning.
Finally,
4) Public opinion (and the Law) is against declaring our parking plazas as " Surplus Land ".
Please explore alternative locations.
