Dear City Council Members,
Thank you for supporting new homes and modern parking solutions on Menlo
Parks city-owned parking lots. I urge you to place the proposed measure on
the November 2026 general election ballot rather than calling for a March
special election—both to save cost and to ensure high voter turnout. Voter
turnout is almost three times higher in a general election than in a
special election and will better reflect the will of Menlo Park voters.
