Depending on your answers we ( your voters ) can suggest ways to help you navigate the complicated details of meeting the state mandated demands.
There are numerous real estate and legal professionals who live in Menlo Park, and who, I believe, would be honored to assist you.
Unless you have dealt with developers and their contractual negotiations, and supervised a construction site, I believe it is reckless to take on that responsibility; especially in a busy downtown site such as ours.

It would help me to understand your actions, and assist you in your decision process, relating to the "Apartments on the Parking Plazas"; if you would please send me your "resumes", (including dates) detailing your: skills, experience, education, and accomplishments, including "real life" and any other experience in real estate matters.
