I noticed in September that VanBuren Rd. had not been maintained for some time. Maintenance includes keeping the asphalt sidewalk clean and the plants next to the sidewalk trimmed and out of the path of pedestrians. I notified the city maintenance division and learned Dinsmore landscape co. is contracted to clean VanBuren the third Thursday of every month. Since learning the maintenance schedule I have been watching that Dinsmore show up. They have been a no show September, October, November and December. Undoubtedly they have been a no show for some time before September. The sidewalk is becoming a muddy mess with the rain. Please notify whoever is in charge of contracted maintenance to ensure Dinsmore is doing the landscape maintenance on VanBuren Road.
