"Kindly provide : Fiscal impact of Dec. 15, 2025 responses from 1) Alliant
Communities, 2) Presidio Bay, and 3) Related California to the Request for
Proposals (RFP) for development on Parking Plazas 1, 2 and/or 3 to both the
City of Menlo Park as well as its residents."
Date Range: 6/1/2025 - 12/20/2025.
Has the City done such an analysis of the fiscal impact to us residents of
Menlo Park? Kindly respond to the attached letter and the questions within.
