*Im writing to support action to finalize the design of the Middle Avenue
Pedestrian and Bicycle Rail Crossing project. We need to have this project
ready-to-go while continuing to seek additional funding to bring the
project to completion. My child would use it to get to Hillview more
safely and it would make me more inclined to visit downtown Menlo Park
businesses instead of Palo Alto (which is currently easier to get to by
bike).*
