Dear Menlo Park City Council,
Would you add Menlo Avenue to the downtown residential parking permit program for daytime use? I just spoke with someone at the police department who said it’s the only street that isn’t included in the residential parking permit program.
We have a duplex with a long driveway and a two car garage shared by two units. That means only two offsite parking spaces are available for two housing units. Being on Menlo Avenue, it’s two hour parking only during the day so when two people are working from home, one has to move a second car every two hours every day.
Thanks for your attention to this minor and extremely helpful change.
