I live on the corner of Sandhill and whiskey Hill road, just across the
street from the particle accelerator.
They have been doing construction over there at all hours of the night for
at least the past two weeks, and this has been disrupting my sleep.
Im writing you right now because I cannot sleep due to all the noise
coming from this construction.
How did this get permitted in the first place and is there any way to put a
stop to it?
