Dear Planning Commissioners,
I support the proposed downtown zoning changes along Santa Cruz Ave.
The current zoning is too restrictive and contributes to commercial
vacancies. Allowing a broader range of businesses and more flexible use of
downtown spaces would help revitalize downtown Menlo Park.
