Dear Planning Commissioners,
I support the proposed downtown zoning changes along Santa Cruz Ave.The current zoning is too restrictive and contributes to vacancies. Allowing a broader range of businesses and more flexible use of downtown spaces would help revitalize downtown Menlo Park.Please support these changes.
Have lived here since 1981 and believe a strong, active downtown business community is critical to the well-being of ourcommunity as a whole. My husband and I raised our family here and hope this community respects the citizens enough to support the downtown businesses.
