Support for Cafe Zoe and Mardini's

Dear City Council,

With inflation and the high cost of living, life is tough these days. During these difficult times, I especially appreciate Cafe Zoe providing free, wholesome events that my family enjoys.

I saw this lady giving us some major stink face while holding a funky device. this made me truly sad for this woman. I also witnessed her giving some smelly eye to a dance studio next door too!

I try to sympathize as someone who works a blue-collar job; I get one needs a peaceful place to rest your head. However, the owner of Mardini's restaurant told me the same thing! (that store is a mile away) - and both don't go into late night!

That's when I figured out what was truly going on here. You got a person who wants to control the whole neighborhood herself.

You won't see me move next to the store and demand they stop conducting business. Don't like living next to a busy area? Don't rent a place next to a busy area. Just saying you know? That's on me! I certainly wouldn't complain about what music a place is playing a mile away!

I saw these fliers saying we need to stop cafe Zoe. This lady even got family members and folks that don't even live near the cafe to complain so she could have the whole street to herself!

Don't take my word for it. You all come down and check it out yourself - and judge who is truly disrupting the community.

God bless you all,
Domonique Green
