My name is Noah Gluschankoff - Im a fourth year PhD student at Stanford University in the Department of Earth System Science where I study chemical cycling in the Pacific Ocean. I have lived in Menlo Park for more than two years in The Willows on Oak Ct. and now in Sharon Heights on Continental Dr.
I am concerned about affordable housing and climate change policies/initiatives in Menlo Park, as I am someone who has been a renter for 8 years and whose family farming business was decimated due to the impacts of climate change. For these reasons, I support Maria Doerr for Menlo Park City Council District 5 because her experience and goals align with keeping Menlo Park a safe, equitable, and environmentally aware city. I have full confidence that Maria will be able to represent the voices of all constituents in the City of Menlo Park!
