Dear City Council Members,
The Dropbox link shows a very short clip 20 second of the interaction between bikes and cars on Middle. These are adult cyclists at the corner of Middle and San Mateo in the afternoon and the scene is typical. One can see clearly how any momentary inattention by any cyclist or driver can result in a tragic accident. Please feel free to share.
