Please familiarize yourselves with Bay Area Transparency and watch (as 300K plus people have) the You Tube video of how Corporal Josh Russell of the Menlo Park PD violates a citizens civil rights open the city up to expensive civil rights litigation.
This ignorance of the law is absolutely unacceptable. This officer should be terminated along with Chief Norris for knowingly perpetuating this Police incompetence.
Shame on you all for allowing this and using tax payer funds to pay these incompetents.
Further, the public works whiner who propagated the situation highlighted in the Bay Area Transparency You Tube video should also be terminated. Shame on you all for allowing this. Shame. I’m embarrassed for all of you.
